Denford Ltd were looking for a specialist laser fume extraction company to manufacture a purpose built fume extraction unit for the Universal VersaLaser VL200 and VL300 platforms. BOFA International Ltd fulfilled this requirement by designing and manufacturing a ‘bespoke’ system that acted as a workstation for the VersaLaser. This specially designed extraction system included an ‘on board’ compressor and was also colour coded to match the VersaLaser. This has given Denford a huge advantage over its competition in becoming the leading supplier of the VersaLaser into the UK educational market.
 
BOFA’S customer care policy is second to none, on the rare occasion that we have experienced issues with extraction units in the field, the support and response from BOFA has been immediate. Service/support is normally given over the telephone by liaising with BOFA’S technical department. Alternatively if an issue cannot be rectified over the telephone then a technician has attended a site visit the next day to resolve the problem.
 
I would happily recommend BOFA’S laser fume extraction systems to other laser engraver distributors and wish them every success with gaining new accounts.
