Argus X

Argus X has been a division of the American company Argus Ltd since 1993. During this time, apart from trading on the industrial electronics market (see www.argus-x.ru), we have also been involved in assisting western companies and businessmen in establishing business contacts in Russia and the new States, formed following the dissolution of the USSR. Since 2000, following the restructuring of Argus Limited, Argus X has been a part of the Argus group as a division, specialising in equipment and materials for the electronics industry. Argus X is now the biggest supplier of hand soldering tools and equipment to Russian market.

Our company has been supplying BOFA systems for more than 10 years. We can happily state that BOFA’s equipment is the most reliable on the market. Throughout our history of working with BOFA, we have had no complaints from our customers and not one system has broken down.

To give a specific example; Siberia is a very cold place in winter time, with outside temperatures of 30-35C degrees being normal. Our customer from Novosibirsk had been using standard ventilation systems for 80 hand soldering stations for many years. During that time he experienced constant problems with heating the workroom in winter, as the majority of warm air was wasted via the ventilation system. He solved this problem by replacing his existing ventilation with two BOFA System 4500 filtrations units.
