We found the Bofa Advantage unit to be very quiet, professional looking, and operated very well. We cut 15+ plastic templates on our mini Epilog Machine and found no particles, odors, or substances in the filter. From what we were using, this machine is like a Cadillac compared to an Escort.

We went from spending one and a half man hours daily either replacing or cleaning the filters to no down time at all.

Prior to Bofa’s involvement we had elected not to install anymore laser coders in our corporation due to the trouble we were experiencing with your competitors extractors and filters.

Since the Bofa Oracle extractors have performed so well for us we have reversed our decision and gone ahead and started installing laser coders and Bofa extractors throughout the entire Saint-Gobain Corporation.

Argus X has been a division of the American company Argus Ltd since 1993. During this time, apart from trading on the industrial electronics market (see www.argus-x.ru ), we have also been involved in assisting western companies and businessmen in establishing business contacts in Russia and the new States, formed following the dissolution of the USSR. Since 2000, following the restructuring of Argus Limited, Argus X has been a part of the Argus group as a division, specialising in equipment and materials for the electronics industry. Argus X is now the biggest supplier of hand soldering tools and equipment to Russian market.

Our company has been supplying BOFA systems for more than 10 years. We can happily state that BOFA's equipment is the most reliable on the market. Throughout our history of working with BOFA, we have had no complaints from our customers and not one system has broken down.

To give a specific example; Siberia is a very cold place in winter time, with outside temperatures of 30-35C degrees being normal. Our customer from Novosibirsk had been using standard ventilation systems for 80 hand soldering stations for many years. During that time he experienced constant problems with heating the workroom in winter, as the majority of warm air was wasted via the ventilation system. He solved this problem by replacing his existing ventilation with two BOFA System 4500 filtrations units.

Denford Ltd were looking for a specialist laser fume extraction company to manufacture a purpose built fume extraction unit for the Universal VersaLaser VL200 and VL300 platforms. BOFA International Ltd fulfilled this requirement by designing and manufacturing a ‘bespoke’ system that acted as a workstation for the VersaLaser. This specially designed extraction system included an ‘on board’ compressor and was also colour coded to match the VersaLaser. This has given Denford a huge advantage over its competition in becoming the leading supplier of the VersaLaser into the UK educational market.

BOFA'S customer care policy is second to none, on the rare occasion that we have experienced issues with extraction units in the field, the support and response from BOFA has been immediate. Service/support is normally given over the telephone by liaising with BOFA'S technical department. Alternatively if an issue cannot be rectified over the telephone then a technician has attended a site visit the next day to resolve the problem.

I would happily recommend BOFA'S laser fume extraction systems to other laser engraver distributors and wish them every success with gaining new accounts.

Technology supplies is the biggest supplier of CAD/CAM laser engraving machines into the UK educational market. We were the first company in the UK to introduce laser technology into schools in 2002 and have successfully installed over 500 CAD/CAM laser cutter/engravers into educational establishments since then.

At the beginning of 2006 we changed our supplier of fume extraction and purification systems to BOFA International Ltd. BOFA were able to offer a turnkey system for Technology Supplies by making changes to their current Advantage 400 extraction system. These modifications included incorporating the air compressor within the extractor to reduce space and noise. The BOFA system provides an extremely neat and professional solution for Technology Supplies extraction requirements. The increased warranty of 3 years was also an important factor for customers and BOFA have, to date, given excellent technical support to both Technology Supplies and the customer.

I would have great satisfaction in recommending BOFA to other laser manufacturers/distributors as an excellent partner for their fume extraction requirements.
