High Volume Accessories.

BOFA offer a wide range of volume LEV extraction accessories. From extraction arms with diameters of 32mm for intricate soldering up to 75mm arms for heavy duty applications such as transformer production. Down draft trays and table top cowls for specific production demands are also available.

2 NEW LED Light 50mm extraction Arms are now available in black or white, these new arms can be mounted into BOFA’s unique flip top mount and can easily moved to the best angle for your application. With 8 LED lights at the end of the funnel lighting up your work piece, these new arms allow for a clearer work space and a bright clean light work area.

The black version is made from ESD anti-static plastic primarily for the electronics industry and the white version would look great in any professional beauty salon or nail bar.

50mm Cowls and Down-Draft Trays.

The 50mm cowls are made of black conductive H.I polystyrene construction. The clear 50mm cowls are made from clear PTG plastic. The 50mm downdraft tray carcass is made of condutctive H.I polystyrene. The tray is stainless steel.

The capture area of the 50mm cowl is taken from in front of the cowls, shown above. The height of the capture area is 100mm. 50mm cowl dimensions: 350 x 200 x 120mm (wxdxh).
DDTT50 50mm Downdraft Tray

The capture area is equal to the size of the stainless steel tray, which is 290 x 200mm. The tray will also capture fumes up to 100mm above the tray. 50mm downdraft tray dimensions: 360 x 310 x 75mm (wxdxh).

75mm Cowls and Down-Draft Trays.

The 75mm cowls are made of black conductive H.I polystyrene construction. The clear 75mm cowls are made from clear PTG plastic. The 75mm downdraft tray carcass is made of aluminium. The tray is stainless steel.

The capture area of the 75mm cowl is taken from in front of the cowls, shown above. The height of the capture area is 160mm. 75mm cowl dimensions: 560 x 180 x 180mm (wxdxh).

The capture area is equal to the size of the stainless steel tray, which is 340 x 255mm. The tray will also capture fumes up to 100mm above the tray. 75mm downdraft tray dimensions: 360 x 430 x 90mm (wxdxh).
